I recently stayed at a lovely guest house and had a great experience. The rooms were nice and spacious, with comfortable beds and even balconies to enjoy the mountain view. The attention to detail was evident, with well-equipped kitchens in each room. The location was perfect, situated on a peaceful street away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It made for a perfect getaway.
One small area for improvement could be the heating system. Although the central heating was on maximum, the room and bathroom didn't become warm enough, especially in the mornings.

This hotel in Sapareva Banya was a true gem! We had a big room with a beautiful balcony that offered stunning views of the mountains. The staff at reception was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel right at home. The communal kitchen was well-equipped and even had a barbecue outside, perfect for cooking our own meals. The best part was the incredible value for money we got in Bulgaria.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the mountains and with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made our New Year's Eve celebration easier to manage with all the cooking we had planned.
Our stay was not completely enjoyable due to the lack of proper heating. Even though we tried to adjust the temperature, the room and bathroom were extremely cold.

The location was convenient being very close to the town center. the room was spacious with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. the bathroom was very clean and well-equipped with hot water. the friendly receptionist was helpful in organising a taxi to nearby attractions.
We had to contend with a poorly-functioning AC unit.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location on a peaceful street makes it the perfect getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, some with balconies or micro balconies, offer a nice touch to enjoy the surrounding views.
Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Our stay here was great! The room was big and very clean, with comfortable beds, and we enjoyed the mountain views from the balcony. The shared kitchen had everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the proximity to the town center and easy transportation options.
Hard to think of anything negative about our stay.

We stayed at a new hotel during our Christmas holidays and we really liked the cleanliness and comfort of the place. the well-equipped kitchen and spacious rooms were a plus, and the location was convenient for the 7 lakes hike and close enough to the center. We also enjoyed the amazing mountain view from the balcony.
. The heating system didn't work properly, and it was too cold in the room and bathroom, even though the central heating was set to maximum.
